Refund Policy

This policy explains refund eligibility for services provided by Guidaura. We provide independent guidance and are not affiliated with any provider.
1) When refunds may be available
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged more than once for the same service, we will correct it.
- Service not delivered: If you paid and did not receive the service that was agreed, you may request a refund.
2) When refunds may not be available
- If guidance was delivered and the issue could not be resolved due to provider-only access, device condition, or network limitations.
- If the customer did not follow reasonable troubleshooting steps during the session.
- If the request is made outside the allowed time window (see below).
3) Time window to request
Refund requests should be submitted within 7 days of the service date unless otherwise stated at purchase.
4) How to request a refund
Contact us via Contact page and include:
- Your name and contact email/phone
- Date of service
- Reason for request
- Any reference/receipt details (if available)
5) Processing
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method. Timing depends on your bank/payment provider.
Important: We do not ask for banking logins or card PINs. If sensitive account access is required, we advise contacting your provider directly.
