2) No “official provider” claims
We do not claim to be an official support line for any provider. If provider-only access is required (billing changes, account changes, activations), we will advise you to contact your provider directly.
3) User responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your issue.
- Do not share passwords, banking logins, card PINs, or sensitive credentials.
- Follow guidance at your own discretion and only perform steps you understand.
4) Limitations & disclaimers
We provide guidance “as-is” without warranties. Results vary depending on your equipment, provider, and settings. We do not guarantee that every issue can be resolved.
5) Call recording notice
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and training where permitted by law. If recording is used, notice will be provided where required.
